Product description
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a shell and tube counterflow heat exchange structure: the shell side is connected to animal oil for refining high-temperature oil and gas (90-110 ℃), and the tube side is connected to circulating cooling water/chilled water; Cold and hot media exchange heat indirectly through stainless steel tube walls, causing rapid cooling and liquefaction of oil and gas. Water vapor, fatty acids, and light oil vapor condense into liquid form and flow into the separation tank through the bottom outlet; Negative pressure extraction of non condensable exhaust gas significantly reduces exhaust gas volume and odor, and the cooling water circulates back to the cooling tower for continuous heat exchange. Fully enclosed negative pressure operation, isolated from air, to avoid oil oxidation and discoloration at high temperatures.
Scope Of Application
Chicken and duck oil, beef and mutton lard, fish oil refining, harmless treatment of livestock and poultry, oil deodorization, oil and gas recovery deodorization, suitable for intermittent/continuous negative pressure refining production lines.
