Product description
Carbon steel thickened cylinder body, suitable for animal oil refining production line, connected in series between the refining pot and the condenser, relying on vortex centrifugation to automatically intercept oil mist, fatty acids, and fine meat residue in oil and gas. No filter consumables, low operation and maintenance costs, early recovery of oil to improve oil yield, protection of condenser and fan from clogging and oil accumulation, reduction of exhaust odor and environmental treatment costs, high cost-effectiveness, supporting non-standard customization of large and small tonnage refining equipment.
Working Principle
The high-temperature oil containing mixed steam generated by refining enters the cyclone chamber of the cylinder along the tangent line, and forms a high-speed cyclone under the action of negative pressure difference; Oil droplets and solid residues with higher density are thrown towards the cylinder wall by centrifugal force, collected downwards along the cone section, and self flowing back to the refining pot/buffer tank for recycling from the bottom outlet; The lightweight non condensable exhaust gas collects at the center of the cylinder and overflows upwards into the rear condenser for deep condensation.
No rotating parts throughout the process, pure physical cyclone separation, continuous automatic oil and slag removal, no need for filter consumables.
