Working Principle:
Double-layer pot is also known as steam pot, cooking pot, double-layer steam pot. It is usually composed of a pot body and support feet. There are fixed type, tilting type, and stirring type styles. Classification:

Features:
1. The parts in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel.
2. The heating speed is fast, the boiling time of the liquid is short, the heating area is large, the heat efficiency is high, and the heating is uniform.

4. The cost of carbon steel double-layered pots is lower than that of stainless steel double-layered pots.

6. The steam-heated double-layered pot heats water from room temperature to boiling steam in about half an hour. However, it requires an independent medium-pressure steam system (with corresponding boilers), which is costly. The advantage is that it heats quickly.
7. The electric heating double-layered pot is also known as a heat-conducting oil double-layered pot: its advantage is economy, but the heating speed is slower. It can achieve pressure-free heating, and the heating temperature can reach over 260 degrees.
8. There is a layer of air or vacuum between the two inner and outer containers of the double-layered pot. This design enables uniform heat conduction between the sides and bottom of the pot, allowing the ingredients to be heated evenly and avoiding the problem of hot bottom and cold sides in traditional pots. This uniform heating feature also makes the double-layered pot suitable for various cooking methods, such as frying, stir-frying, deep-frying, roasting, etc.
