Configuration Description and Functions
Distribution box
① Control platform, control buttons, with emergency stop switch;

Fuel injection valve
Design oil outlet valves, and arrange valves of different sizes according to the requirements of electric heating or coal-fired heating. The refined oil and oil residue can be discharged.
Mixing teeth
Equipped with an automatic mixing system, it saves labor and allows the material at the bottom of the pot to be heated evenly without sticking to the pot during mixing.
Motor
Equipped with a motor to drive the stirring teeth inside the pot, ensuring even distribution of materials. The size of the motor can be reasonably configured according to the size of the pot body.
Instructions and Precautions for Use
1. Connect the power supply before use. The control platform of the distribution box is equipped with an emergency stop switch, and the distribution box must be grounded for use;
2. Before injecting the national standard 350 heat transfer oil for testing, inject 3/1 of the bottom oil of the material before normal use. Adjust the position of the stirring teeth before adding the raw materials to avoid collision with the stirring teeth and damage;
3. When using, turn on the power switch, set the heating time and temperature, and press the start switch;
4. Blender - Function: The oil refining pot will not stick to the pot and will heat up evenly; Be careful not to stir before use. When the material is preheated to a certain degree, stir it to prevent excessive load and damage to the equipment;
5. When the temperature rises during use, be careful not to touch it to prevent burns.
