I. Product Features
1. The intermediate product generated after the processing by the integrated equipment for chemical synthesis and drying is a mixture of oil and residue (meat bone powder). After the mixture undergoes pressing treatment, it can obtain oil with a lower moisture content, lower impurity content, and higher quality. The recovery rate of the oil is significantly higher than other similar processes, and the meat bone powder obtained can be used in pet feed, organic fertilizer, etc. The crude protein content is ≥ 60%, and the moisture content is ≤ 10%.
2. After the mixture of oil and residue (meat bone powder) undergoes spiral pressing treatment to separate the oil, the remaining residue (meat bone powder) has a low moisture content and does not require further treatment. It can meet the requirements for storage and transportation.
3. Since most of the moisture in the materials is evaporated during the chemical synthesis and drying process, there will be no large amount of foul-smelling steam when storing the materials, and the subsequent material transportation is carried out in a closed environment, so there will be no situation of foul-smelling gas spilling out.
4. The high-temperature sterilization and dehydration process is harmless and meets the current EU requirements for harmless treatment of diseased animals.
According to the EU decision 97/935/EC "Amendment to the Measures for Handling Certain Diseased Animals to Avoid the Transmission of Spongiform Encephalopathy", the sterilization efficiency of this process can meet the strict standards of the EU EC and the US FDA.
II. Process Requirements
The main process involves sterilization treatment (at 121-150℃) through high-temperature and high-pressure chemical methods to safely dispose of the pre-crushed carcasses of diseased and dead livestock and poultry, effectively eliminating the pathogens within the carcasses. The equipment's process adopts: diseased and dead livestock and poultry spiral conveyor → closed corpse crushing treatment → closed spiral conveyor → high-temperature and high-pressure chemical treatment, degradation and drying → pressing → spiral conveyor → discharge; the oil produced during the pressing process → oil storage tank (with built-in heating system); the treated materials are used as raw materials for organic fertilizers (with a protein content of over 50%); the obtained oil is used for industrial oil or for the production of biodiesel. Overall requirements: While meeting the designed process requirements, truly achieve the goals of harmless treatment and resource utilization.
III. Application Scope
Inert treatment equipment - dryer is mainly applied in harmless treatment centers, large-scale breeding enterprises, slaughterhouses, etc.
