Double-axis crusher
Supporting Production Line Equipment
Product description
I. Working Principle of the Equipment:
The dual-axis crusher is a type of crushing equipment. It consists of two parallel shafts and alternately arranged gears. By using the rotation of the gears, the materials are placed into the crushing chamber and are simultaneously cut and torn. The working principle of this equipment is that on both the knife shafts, there are interlaced knife blades. During the opposite rotation of the two knives, the cutting and tearing are achieved through the shearing action of the knife edges and the tearing action of the knife teeth. The main shearing method is the shearing action of the adjacent cutting knife blade edges, and the secondary shearing method is the tearing action of the cutting knife teeth. The gap between the gears is adapted to the particle size of the materials to ensure effective crushing. In addition, the dual-axis crusher has a high-strength gear system and a crushing chamber that is suitable for crushing a variety of materials.
II. Equipment Structural Characteristics:
The dual-axis crusher is mainly composed of the knife box, crushing frame, knife shaft, motor, reducer, transmission device, etc.
The knife box assembly consists of the main shaft, passive shaft, knife body, knife sleeve, fixed end bearing seat, free end bearing seat, bearings, seals, and fastening bolts, etc.
III. Equipment Advantages and Features:
1. The structure is sturdy and durable, suitable for various working conditions;
2. It adopts a high-speed ratio and large-torque reducer to achieve strong shearing effect;
3. The motor and reducer operate stably;
4. The fixed knife is hung on the knife box wall plate, facilitating quick installation, disassembly and maintenance;
5. The bearings adopt a sealed structure, effectively preventing dust and water, and the machine is durable;
6. The moving knife plate is made of special materials and undergoes hardening and wear-resistant treatment, with a long service life;
7. The shearing structure has been optimized for design to ensure crushing efficiency and wide applicability of materials.
IV. Usage and Application Scope:
The dual-axis crusher can be used in conjunction with conveyors and can be operated in combination with loading machines to achieve integrated mechanized crushing and conveying. The crushed materials are more convenient for refining and processing, and the efficient and hygienic conveying ensures a tidy and clean workshop, significantly reducing labor and material costs.
This equipment has a wide range of applications. It can be customized with different knife shafts for different materials and is also applicable to the following industries:
1. Various hollow containers: plastic beverage cans, plastic barrels, iron barrels, packaging boxes, packaging barrels
2. Waste appliances: televisions, washing machines, refrigerator shells
3. Pipes: large pipes, pipe fittings, PE pipes
4. Waste templates: wooden pallets, plastic pallets, forklift pallets
5. Waste tires: small vehicle tires, truck tires
6. Waste metals: car shells, aluminum alloys, scrap aluminum parts, engine shells, lead, and steel plates with a thickness of less than 5mm
7. Kitchen waste, household waste, animal carcasses, RDF derivatives, medical waste, biological straw, garden waste
8. Rubber stoppers, paper mill rope
V. Installation and Commissioning Precautions:
(1) Before installation, check all components, accessories, tools, and wiring layout.
Assembly steps:
1. First, install the fixed equipment to ensure the stability of the machine;
2. Select the appropriate wiring to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Before starting, check if the reducer has been loaded with lubricating oil;
4. First, fix the crusher, then install the conveyor at the bottom of the crushing chamber at the required position;
5. The installed conveyor should be in close alignment with the discharge port of the dual-axis crusher.
(2) Before the trial operation, pay attention to the following points:
1. The connecting parts of each component should not be loose;
2. Rotate the shaft assembly and the rotation should be smooth without any jamming;
3. Check the wiring of the motor.
(3) Before use, perform no-load operation to observe. There should be no abnormal noise, no obvious vibration, and the temperature rise at each bearing should not exceed 30℃, and there should be no leakage at the oil seal.
VI. Safety Tips for Personnel and Equipment:
1. During the operation of the dual-shaft crusher, no one is allowed to stand at the feed inlet, discharge outlet, gear shaft, and pulley, or cross or step over the dual-shaft crusher. Otherwise, it will cause a safety accident for personnel.
2. Except for crushing frozen plates and fresh offcuts of meat (fat) products, if other materials need to be crushed, contact the manufacturer in time for consultation. Otherwise, the equipment damage caused will be borne by oneself.
3. The dual-shaft crusher operates electrically. During any maintenance work, it is necessary to ensure that the power has been cut off. Otherwise, it may lead to personal injury and equipment damage.
4. During the operation of the dual-shaft crusher, first start the conveyor to avoid blocking caused by the crushing of materials. After the blockage, stop the machine and clean it before restarting. Otherwise, it may cause personal injury and equipment damage.
5. Ensure that there are no grease residues or other debris on the transmission device, coupling cover, pulley protection cover, belt protection cover, and motor. Otherwise, it may cause the equipment to ignite other flammable materials due to overheating. In addition, it also has the potential hazard of causing equipment failure and the accumulation of grease as a fuel source.
6. Do not open the maintenance observation cover when the dual-shaft crusher is running normally.
7. Everyone should keep a certain distance from all moving parts and machines.
8. Check and confirm that all components are correctly installed before starting the dual-shaft crusher.
9. Ensure that all bolts and fasteners are in the correct position and securely locked.
10. All installation and maintenance work of the dual-shaft crusher must be carried out under the conditions described in this manual.
11. For the use and maintenance of the dual-shaft crusher motor, please refer to the motor use and maintenance manual.
12. After the dual-shaft crusher has been working for a period of time, check and repair the parts that may have problems.
VII. Use and Maintenance:
1. Before the dual-shaft crusher is started normally, adequate preparations and strict inspections must be made. The equipment itself requires that all components must be complete and intact. All fixing bolts and anchor nuts should be firmly tightened. There should be no debris on the equipment accessories.
2. Start the crusher, wait for the equipment speed to be normal, then feed. The feeding must be uniform. When the equipment stops, stop feeding first, and wait until there is no remaining material in the feeding hopper before stopping the equipment operation.
3. Daily check if there are any broken or loose phenomena of the fixing bolts.
4. Check if the lubrication of each bearing is normal and if there is any overheating phenomenon.
5. Check if the seals are tight and if there is any oil leakage.
6. Check if the feed volume is excessive and if the output particle size meets the requirements.
7. Check if the operation of the rolls and gears is normal.
8. Do not change the running direction of the equipment.
9. In case of power outage during operation, immediately cut off the power to avoid accidents caused by sudden power restoration.
10. At the end of each shift, clean the inside and outside of the machine thoroughly, remove dirt, to avoid blockage.
Daily Maintenance
1. Regularly check if all fasteners are reliable, the wear of the power and fixed knives, and repair or replace the machine parts when there is severe wear and damage.
2. Regularly check the insulation of the electrical system and the connection of the wiring terminals. The explosion-proof surface should be clean; damaged cables must be replaced; loose wiring terminals must be re-tightened.
3. Check the cleanliness of the lubricating oil once a month. Replace it when it becomes dirty.
4. Check the connecting bolts between the reducer and the crusher once a month.
5. Check the oil level and temperature every day. If it is lower than the oil level, add lubricating oil promptly.
6. During maintenance and inspection, cut off the power to avoid accidents.
