Product description
The YZYX140 series screw oil extraction machines produced by our company meet the demands of the oil processing industry and are suitable for small and medium-sized oil mills as well as township enterprises. This model is applicable for pressing various vegetable oil materials such as rapeseed, cottonseed, soybeans, peanut kernels, flaxseed, walnut seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel. The product has the advantages of low investment, high output, simple equipment matching, easy maintenance, strong adaptability and high oil extraction efficiency.
The quality of this product complies with the mechanical industry standard JB/T9793-2013 "Agricultural Screw Oil Extraction Machines" of the People's Republic of China.
Among them, the YZYX140 model is a basic two-stage press screw oil extraction machine; the YZYX140-8 model is a three-stage press screw oil extraction machine, with the compression ratio of the press chamber increasing accordingly, suitable for users who have accumulated certain experience and focus on the residual oil rate of the dry cake.
The YZYX140CJ is a long press chamber four-stage press oil extraction machine, and the YZYX140CJ(S) is a long three-stage press oil extraction machine, with greater press chamber pressure and better press effect.
In addition, the ordinary small oil tank series models of YZYX140 have been improved to be bevel gear transmission reduction box (140XC), with good gear meshing performance, large overlap degree, and improved bearing capacity, thereby making the transmission mechanism stable, reducing noise, and prolonging the service life of the gears.
The YZYX140GX series, commonly known as the large oil tank oil machine, has a bevel gear transmission reduction mechanism, running smoothly, increasing transmission strength, reducing noise, and prolonging service life.
