Vertical stainless steel storage tank: The vertical cylindrical structure occupies a small space, has a large storage capacity, a stable center of gravity, and is easy to install.

(1) Classified by structural form
1. Vertical stainless steel storage tank: The vertical cylindrical structure occupies a small space, has a large storage capacity, a stable center of gravity, and is easy to install. It is divided into two types: flat bottom and conical bottom. The conical bottom design can achieve complete emptying of materials without residue or accumulation.
2. Horizontal stainless steel storage tank: The horizontal cylinder structure has a low center of gravity and strong pressure resistance, making it easy to move and transport. It is suitable for vehicle mounted, limited site, and high-pressure working conditions, and is the preferred choice for storing small capacity materials.
(2) Classified by functional purpose
1. Single layer stainless steel storage tank: a basic storage device with a simple structure and economical cost, suitable for sealed storage of conventional materials at room temperature without temperature control.
2. Insulation/Heating Stainless Steel Storage Tank: Double layer jacket/multi-layer insulation structure, can be filled with insulation materials such as polyurethane and rock wool, supports temperature control methods such as steam, thermal oil, and electric heating, achieves constant temperature storage and heating insulation of materials, and avoids low-temperature solidification and deterioration.
3. Sanitary grade stainless steel storage tank: strictly following GMP and FDA hygiene standards, with mirror polished inner walls, no welding dead corners, no burrs, easy to clean and disinfect, eliminating bacterial growth, suitable for high cleanliness demand scenarios such as food, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, etc.
4. Stirring stainless steel storage tank: equipped with a professional stirring motor and stirring blade, it can achieve material mixing, homogenization, sedimentation prevention, and mixing while storing. It supports variable frequency speed regulation to meet the processing needs of materials with different viscosities.
