Structure of SF double-layer tank product
Made of high-quality Q235B/Q345R carbon steel sheet, with a wall thickness of 6-8mm (cylinder) and 8-10mm (head), high strength, good rigidity, and resistance to oil erosion.
• Inner layer (S-steel inner tank)
Made of high-quality Q235B/Q345R carbon steel sheet, with a wall thickness of 6-8mm (cylinder) and 8-10mm (head), high strength, good rigidity, and resistance to oil erosion.
• Outer layer (F-FRP fiberglass outer protective layer)
High strength glass fiber reinforced plastic, thickness ≥ 4mm, acid and alkali resistant, electric corrosion resistant, impermeable and anti-aging.
• Intermediate interlayer (detection gap)
Leave a 0.1-3.5mm gap between the inner and outer layers to form a leakage monitoring space.
Leakage monitoring system
Configure a 24-hour online detection device (liquid level/pressure/vacuum sensor), with sound and light alarms for leakage, and support for remote monitoring.
